Just Keep Swimming?

The problem with creating as a feeling of escape is that sometimes you're not really sure where you're escaping to. I wanted to develop skills in Procreate but it took a while to get over the blank page (or screen) staring back at me, so I started playing with some flowing shapes and a strict colour palette and kept building on it without thinking or planning what I was doing. This turned out to be a great way of overcoming that 'I could draw so much but what to I draw feeling', and resulted in a playful character-filled underwater scene.
